UI/UX Design  

Web redesign for Sizzling House, a real-life catering restaurant specializing in ramen and sizzling plate dishes. The goal was to enhance accessibility and visual appeal simultaneously, creating a more engaging online presence.

problem space The overall design for the website is plain, make it so users are willing to look at the information on each page rather than skipping over the some contents. Organize the menu so that it is easily accessible.

Solution


1. Place the logo in a more visible area on the website
2. Separate the menu tabs for different categories of food, so it is easily accessible
3. Make more visually appealing using images, illustrations, and color combinations
4. Utilizing javascript to include more distinct moveable elements 
5. For menu page, include a side bar so once pressed, the page will scroll to the accurate position 
6. Organize the menu page in order where appetizer comes first, etc.
